How do you know who is calling?


We give you a unique divert number for you to divert all or some of your calls to. Any calls received on that number will make your PA’s screen pop with all of your details so they can answer your call in your company name.

Do you answer all of my calls?


You are in full control, so you can divert either all of your calls or just the ones when your busy.

Can you transfer calls through to me or my team?


Yes, we can, for each call we can try you on your landline or mobile to see if you are free to take the call, or we can take a message and either send it via SMS or email. It’s up to you how we manage your calls, just let your PA know during your welcome call when you join.

What happens if my Loopel PA is on another call when one of my calls come in?


Simple. Your call would then be answered straight away by one of their team.
All of our PA’s work in small teams of 4, so they are able to know about each other’s requirements.


Do I have to sign a long-term contract?


No, we want you to be a valued customer because you want to be, not because you have to.
We ask for a 3-month minimum contract then after that we ask for a months-notice from the date of your next invoice to close your account.

What happens after hours?
