How do you know who is calling?
We give you a unique divert number just for you. Any calls received on that number will make your PA’s screen pop with all your details for they can answer your call in your company name.
What hours are you open?

Do you answer all of my calls?
Your in full control, so you can divert either all of your calls or just the ones when your busy.
Can you ask our staff if they want to take a call before transferring the call to them?
We can, if your staff are not available or busy then we will take the callers details and a message and email it to you straight away.
My calls are not always simple, is that a problem?
That’s no problem, at Loopel we answer calls that are very simple to calls where we need to then send out engineers, or try to fix customers products over the phone with them.

Can I give you access to my internal system or software?
No problem at all – we can normally integrate with most systems or software. Speak to us to find out more.
Can I give you a list of all my staff with all the contact details?
That would be really helpful, we can accept it in any format. Excel is very handy for us as we can upload all your staff at once onto our system. If you have any staff changes throughout the year, just let us know.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No- we want you to be a valued customer because you want to be, not because you have to.
We ask for a 3 month minimum contract then after we ask for a months notice from the date of your next invoice to close your account.
