What is Loopel disaster recovery?
At Loopel we offer two types of disaster recovery service;
We can either take all of your calls, live chats, emails and social media for you in the event that your offices are not available to work in such as fire, flood or terrorism. You can divert all your calls to a unique divert number we give you and your customers will not notice the difference
We also offer a service where if your company expects higher call volumes during certain parts of the year or times of bad weather for example, you can have Loopel on standby to answer your calls at short notice, supporting your own offices as overflow.
How do I know you will be open during a disaster of your own?
Loopel hold Business Continuity Standard ISO 22301:2012.
We have back up diesel power generators on site, back up broadband and phone lines and we operate over 2 separate sites in different geographic locations in the UK. If one of our contact centres became unavailable then the other centre would take calls for both centres.
How many staff can you get in to answer our calls at short notice?
