What do I need to join Loopel?
All we ask is that you are customer focused and would always go out of your way for a customer.
You will need good keyboard skills and a great telephone manner.
We expect you to be a good time keeper as our clients depend on us.
We provide full regular training
At Loopel you will potentially have access to confidential data.
In order to protect everyone we as part of the recruitment process complete a DBS check on you.
We would then complete regular DBS update checks on you. This would be a condition of continued employment at Loopel for all roles.
Can I work from home?
No, all of our team are based in our contact centre, we have a great working environment and it would be a shame for you not to join us in our lovely offices.
What are the hours?
Loopel is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We have a range of hours available for you to work. We can make sure you have a balance between home and work life.
If you are just looking for part time, that’s not a problem either.
